BrainBase Corporation (BBC) was established in 1988.
We began manufacture and sale of Mytis Implants in 1997, and since then, we have continued to produce new products within the field of dental implants.
This has required us to study a variety of fields, including metal processing technologies relating to titanium, etc., development and manufacturing technologies for calcium phosphate, known for being used as a biomaterial, as well as plastic processing technologies and more.
Moving forward, we will continue to value the technological capabilities that enable us to manifest our ideas, while at the same time, receiving support from numerous clinicians.
BrainBase Expansion throughout the World
Mytis Arrow Implants acquired U.S. FDA Sales Certification in 2006, Korean KFDA Sales Certification in 2008, Taiwanese TFDA Sales Certification in 2010 and Chinese CFDA Sales Certification in 2011.
We are continuing to expand overseas sales, such as in the United States, but with a particular focus on Asian countries, including China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Vietnam, Indonesia, Myanmar, Jordan, Turkey, Korea, etc. And now, numerous overseas doctors make use of our products.
Furthermore, we are currently developing a large-scale joint venture in China, and we have already begun exporting products in preparation for commencement of sales activities to secure a market.
We began making progress on the construction of a factory in Guangzhou from January 2018 in preparation for commencement of on-site production in 2022, and in terms of production scale, we plan to manufacture 300,000 units annually. Later, we intend to further expand our activities, not only domestically within China but also with an eye toward participation in China’s Belt and Road Initiative, with the goal of large-scale production and sales.
This initiative is one of China’s national scale projects, and we are the only company from Japan that has been requested to participate.
